Description^

Initialize the atLog repository. This should include setting up the repository, the build process, and the front matter, as well as the command-line process.

  • Repository Setup: README.md, INSTALL.md, CHANGELOG.md, and LICENSE. As well as some information on contributors, authors, and maintainers.

  • Build Setup: Configure the build system as well as build targets to cover unit tests, memory tests, implementation tests, and distribution.

  • Initial files: Create the include file with functions to report the library version and the main process to print a basic status message.
