Description^
Set up the Autotelic Toolwork dependencies: atLog and atRead.
To accomplish this we need to configure CMake to handle the
dependencies, set up the log.h file for use by atTree processes.
Once this is done, configure the main process to generate at atRead manifest of the files passed in from the command-line.
