Description^
Initialize the atRead repository. This process requires that you create the repository on Codeberg, add the initial README.md, CHANGELOG.md, and LICENSE files.
Add functions to provide the program name, library name, version and
tests to check them for accuracy. Then implement the basic main.c
program with implementation tests to ensure that atlog version
returns the correct information.
Use atLog to initialize the src/log.h and set it for TRACE logging,
which is what we will use for the course of development.
