ATTREE-5: Markdown Parser^

Implement a Markdown parser. Consider whether we need to add support to handle MDX.

Notes^

In the original plans for INIT-1: Standard Parser, our intention was to provide dual support for reStructuredText and Markdown. Our intention also was to rely on Tree-sitter for parser support, allowing us to skip a particularly thorny and difficult to maintain problem area in favor of working on the more interesting processing problems that come after.

The reStructuredText parser was found sufficient for our needs, but we did not find comparable tooling for Markdown. This deficiency mostly stems from our own requirements and the fragmentary nature of Markdown standards.

As such, we have decided to remove this project from SCOPE-3: Standard Parser and store it for some future development, which may involve building out our own Tree-sitter grammar for Markdown.
