ATRST-5: Role Processor^

Description^

Implement a processor to handle roles. Also provide support for universal roles:

• :term:

• :abbr:

and others.

The domain set on a role should be controlled by the default setting configured at the file parser level.

The function should raise an error if it encounters an unknown domain or role type.
